Can I send my order to a P.O. Box address? 
Unfortunately not, Lola Doo does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Placing an order 
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after order placement.

How to make changes or cancel my order? 
We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed, this includes changes in delivery addresses. For assistance please email us at contact@loladoo.com.

Tracking your order 
Once your items have shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that your items might ship in multiple shipments on different days, each will however have their own tracking number. If you have not received an email, please contact us at contact@loladoo.com, so we can send it again.
